Meet Iara Arruda, our talented chef and founder.
Hailing from a lineage of strong woman in Brazil, she draws inspiration from their resilience and love. Raised on a farm Iara developed a strong connection with food, spending countless hours with her parents and grandparents in the kitchen.
For Iara food is not just nourishment; it’s a source of comfort and healing. She firmly believes in preparing meals with care, while respecting Mother Earth and community. Her culinary style honours tradition with a touch of innovation and sustainable practices.
